400 Hz for Aircrafts
400Hz is a type of frequency within AC electrical power, which is the standard for weapon systems, aerospace and aircraft industries across the world. Airports, hangars and aircraft ships must have access to a 400Hz frequency converter as this is not a standard power.
EnSmart designs and manufactures 400Hz Smart FC400 Series frequency converter specially for the control and lighting systems of military airports and aircraft ships. To complete the airfield range of products , to be installed in a maintenance hangar or on the apron of an airport Smart FC400 is available with a secondary output 28VDC and 270VDC power supplies.

Equipped with its new IGBT rectifier PWM technology , and fully EU components, EnSmart 's Smart FC frequency converter is designed to convert 50Hz or 60Hz mains frequency to 50Hz ot 60Hz power supply for critical industrial loads. Its solid-state space-saving compact design and front access for maintenance successfully reduce mean time to repair (MTTR).

Super Combo of GPU + 28V DC Power: The onboard electrical system in aircraft, helicopters and jets is a 28 VDC voltage. To prolong the lifetime of the battery, or in case the battery is empty, an external 28 V Ground Power Unit is supplied with Smart FC400, also called a 28V DC rectifier unit.
